Client case · Digital transition · Interior architect

An architect ready to renew her offer. We delivered 360°.

Her clients were asking for more, paying less and wanting more flexibility. She had to keep up, and publish content on top of her job as an architect. We gave her the tools and the processes to do it on her own.

  • 3D, sketches and moodboards produced from her own processes
  • Video content from her finished projects
  • A site and a search presence she runs herself

A 10 m² studio, drawn from her sketch. Switch Plan / 3D, then drag to turn it.

How we worked · 8 sessions

Listen, map, decide, then step back.

The goal was never to do the work for her. It was to leave her with processes she runs alone, on every project to come.

  1. Listen

Where she stood when we met.

Clients more demanding, paying less, wanting flexibility. And content to publish on top of the job, which isn't her thing.
  2. Map

Start from her craft, not from the tools.

What she already producedExecution plans, joinery drawings, 3D, moodboards
What slowed herAll of it, by hand, one project at a time
  3. Decide

For each output: which tool, why, and how she uses it. Nothing she wouldn't keep using.

  4. Hand over

Each process is written as a skill in her Claude. She launches it, checks the result, and moves on.

Deliverable · Proposals

Sketch, moodboard, 3D: her process, sped up.

  • The same steps she already knew, now each written as a skill
  • She produces more options, faster
  • More proposals, more clients served

Deliverable · 3D

From a scan on site to a 3D she can work in.

Her working tool, shown here on a real house: she tests layouts, materials and furniture, then shows her client the options.

  1. On siteA scan with Scaniverse from her iPhone, plus photos. Existing plans help but aren't required.
  2. Claude CodeHer custom skill turns the scan into a clean plan.
  3. She checksShe verifies the plan against the scan before going further.
  4. She dresses itMaterials and furniture from a library (Sketchfab).
  5. She presentsOptions shown to the client, changed in minutes.
Built together→Iterated→Validated→She runs it

She learned to talk to Claude Code, not to use it as a coding tool.

Deliverable · Content

Content, from the work she already does.

Built together→Iterated→Validated→She runs it
  • We built the video skill together, tried, kept what worked
  • Now it works for every property she has, and every one to come
  • Designed for someone who isn't technical: framed, listened to, followed up
  • Music and sound design included

In French, like her audience.

The execution

What a digital transition really takes.

Craft first

Start from her job, not from the tools

  • Every tool maps to something she already does
  • Her eye stays the decision: the tools prepare, she chooses
  • Nothing kept that she wouldn't use again

AI

AI to augment reality, never to betray it

  • Recolour and relight a photo, change its angle
  • Simulate an object to show an option
  • Never pass off a generated image as delivered work

Adoption

Made for someone who isn't technical

  • She talks to Claude in plain words
  • Each process is one skill, with a check step
  • An illustrated guide for her site

Autonomy

Leave, and it keeps working

  • Processes written down, not in our heads
  • She runs 3D, sketches and moodboards on her own
  • Her site and content, without a developer
